A Home Run for Angels and Families
Angels in the Outfield (AITO), is No Foot Too Small’s only peer-to-peer fundraising campaign — and it all leads to an unforgettable day at the ballpark.
Families and supporters form teams in honor of their angel(s), share their stories, and rally their communities to raise funds for the mission of No Foot Too Small. Over several weeks, teams build awareness, invite others into their story, and make an impact — culminating in a powerful, joy-filled celebration together.
This event is more than a baseball game. It’s an opportunity to:
- Celebrate angels through storytelling and community
- Unite families in both joy and remembrance
- Create meaningful moments for children through activities and family challenges
- Raise critical funds to support families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss
On Sunday, April 26th at Principal Park, we’ll gather with more than 500 attendees for our largest ballpark celebration with the Iowa Cubs yet.
Together, we’ll raise funds, share stories, and then fill the stands in honor of our angels.
Form a team. Share your story. Join us at the ballpark.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – ANGELS IN THE OUTFIELD
WHAT IS ANGELS IN THE OUTFIELD?
Angels in the Outfield (AITO) is a baseball-themed, family-friendly peer-to-peer fundraising campaign where families honor their angel(s) while raising funds to support No Foot Too Small. The campaign culminates in either a day of celebration at an MiLB ballpark (April 26, 2026 in Des Moines and May 3, 2026 in Cedar Rapids) or with a baseball-themed “homestyle” celebration option families can host on their own from anywhere.
