The Rainbow Project

Celebrating life after loss while honoring every angel

What Is a Rainbow Baby?

A rainbow baby is a child born after pregnancy or infant loss—a symbol of hope after the storm. Like a rainbow, these babies do not erase the grief of the storm, but they bring new light and beauty alongside it.

At No Foot Too Small, we know that parenting after loss is complicated. Grief and joy live side by side. The Rainbow Project exists to celebrate these children while honoring the angels who came before them.

How The Rainbow Project Supports Families

Thanks to the generosity of our committed partner, Owlet, the Rainbow Project provides families with:

  • A Rainbow Baby Basket filled with meaningful items of comfort and celebration
  • An Owlet Dream Sock®*, gifted to select families as an added layer of reassurance during the early months of parenting after loss

Every basket is a reminder that families are not alone, their angels are remembered, and their rainbow babies are worth celebrating.

Why It Matters

For parents, pregnancy after loss can feel overwhelming—filled with both longing and fear. Receiving a Rainbow Baby Basket or connecting with the Rainbow Project reminds families that they are not alone, their angels are remembered, and their rainbow babies are worth celebrating.

A Message of Hope

Parenting after loss is filled with both beauty and fear, joy and grief. The Rainbow Project stands as a reminder that no family walks this path alone—and that every angel and every rainbow deserves to be remembered and celebrated.
